Delete Your Account
You can delete your Living Plus account at any time. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.
In the App
- Open the Living Plus app and sign in.
- Go to Me, then Settings.
- Tap Delete My Account and confirm.
Without the App
Send us a request from the email address or mobile number on your account, saying you want your account deleted. We may ask you to confirm it is you, and we will delete it within 7 days.

What We Delete
- Your profile and health details
- Weights, measurements and progress photos
- Your food journal and meal photos
- Exercise, steps and sleep
- Check-in answers and your daily plan ticks
- Your chats and the files you sent
- Your notifications and your phone’s notification token
Upcoming consults are cancelled and you are signed out on every phone.
What the Clinic Keeps
Indian law requires doctors to keep medical records, and tax law requires us to keep invoices. So the clinic keeps your prescriptions, lab results, readings, body composition results, notes, reports, past consults and their transcripts, your plans, and your packages and payments. Only the clinic’s staff can see them, and every opening is logged.
Your email address and mobile number become free, so you can make a new account with them later. A new account starts empty.
